Meet the Founders
Christopher V. Degaetano, Principal Founder
Christopher brings more than 20 years of leadership across human resources, talent acquisition, workforce development, and organizational performance. His background includes senior HR leadership in the private sector and two decades of U.S. Army service. He holds an MBA in Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management, along with PMP, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Level II credentials. His work centers on building practical workforce systems, developing leaders, and turning strategy into measurable execution.
Kirenia R. Degaetano, Co-Founder, brings experience in customer service, project management, business analytics, content strategy, and client relationship management. She holds an MBA with an emphasis in Project Management, a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Analytics, and a certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her perspective strengthens the firm’s work in customer experience, communication, digital content, and people-centered change. Together, the founders combine workforce strategy, operational discipline, and a genuine commitment to client success.
