Degaetano Consulting was founded by Christopher V. Degaetano, Ph.D., following his distinguished 20-year career in the United States military. Throughout his service, Dr. Degaetano held leadership roles that demanded precision, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to operational excellence. His strategic insight and hands-on leadership not only elevated numerous military units but also set the stage for transformative impact across civilian organizations.

Upon retiring from the military, Dr. Degaetano transitioned his passion for mission-driven results into the consulting space, leveraging decades of experience to guide businesses, nonprofits, and healthcare systems through change, growth, and innovation.
